Hidden within the Ritz Paris, Bar Hemingway is an intimate 25-seat cocktail bar inspired by the writer’s long connection with the legendary Place Vendôme hotel. Upholstered leather, sepia lighting, handwritten letters and collected objects create the atmosphere of a private literary club. Signature drinks include the Serendipity, created here, alongside Dry Martinis, rare spirits and bespoke cocktails prepared around each guest’s preferences.
