Rather than following traditional French tearoom conventions, T’XUAN offers a more editorial, sensory-driven experience where jasmine, matcha, oolong, lychee, mango and rose are treated with the same respect as classic French pastry ingredients. Signature creations include matcha panna cotta, mango–pomelo cream, tapioca and herbal jellies, and airy mille-crêpes infused with rose and lychee, alongside a carefully curated collection of iced teas, milk teas, infusions, and rare loose-leaf teas inspired by Hong Kong tea houses and Taiwanese tea rituals.
