The Coupole Store is the heart of Galeries Lafayette Haussmann, combining women’s and children’s fashion with beauty, watches, jewellery and luxury accessories.

Across the flagship, the wider Galeries Lafayette selection represents more than 3,500 brands, ranging from established international maisons to contemporary and emerging designers.

Even if you are shopping with a specific brand in mind, allow time to look upward: the historic glass dome remains one of the great visual moments of the store.

The dedicated Men's Store is located at 48 Boulevard Haussmann and extends across three floors.

Its mix spans tailoring, contemporary menswear, casual fashion, sneakers and accessories, with both established brands and newer labels represented.

If menswear is your priority, going directly to the Men's Store can be much more efficient than beginning inside the main Coupole building.

Hands-free shopping can be especially useful if you plan to spend several hours moving between fashion, beauty, dining and the rooftop rather than carrying purchases throughout the visit.

The open-air La Terrasse sits on the 8th floor above the main store and offers one of central Paris’s most accessible panoramic viewpoints.

From the rooftop you can see landmarks including the Opéra Garnier, Eiffel Tower and Sacré-Cœur across the Paris skyline.

Access is free and does not normally require a reservation. The terrace can close temporarily during rain, strong wind or other unsuitable weather conditions.

Across the boulevard at 35 Boulevard Haussmann, the Gourmet & Home Store extends the Galeries Lafayette experience beyond fashion.

Spread over five floors, it brings together French and international food, artisan products, delicatessen, a food court, wines, culinary experiences and home decoration.

The flagship also has numerous restaurants and café concepts, making it easy to build a lunch or coffee break into a longer shopping visit.

• The Coupole and Men's Stores are generally open Monday to Saturday 10:00–20:30 and Sunday 11:00–20:00.
• Gourmet has its own opening schedule and can remain open later than the main fashion stores.

• For the rooftop, weather matters more than the time of year: access may be suspended temporarily in poor conditions.
