Brunch, Pancakes & Menu+

Holybelly 5 is all about breakfast and lunch (they never call it “brunch”, but that’s what most people come for): pancakes, eggs, seasonal plates and generous sides, served from 9:00 to 16:00 every day.

  • Plain Stack: three pancakes, butter, organic maple syrup.
  • Sweet Stack: pancakes with seasonal fruit, roasted Piedmont hazelnuts, vanilla whipped cream, maple syrup.
  • Eggs & Sides: two organic eggs (poached, fried, scrambled) + two sides of your choice: hash browns, fennel sausage, bacon, baked beans, mushrooms, salad, etc.
  • Plats du jour (limited quantity): seasonal comfort-food plates at lunch.

Menus change with the seasons; always check the latest PDF or in-house board for today’s specials.

Coffee, Drinks & House Blend+

Holybelly is as serious about coffee as it is about pancakes: espresso drinks on a La Marzocco Linea, filter coffee, iced coffee and seasonal house sodas, plus matcha, hot chocolate and teas.

Their omni-roast house blend Mystic Mornings (dark chocolate, red fruit, smooth finish) is served in the café and sold in 250g bags via the online shop.

They also stock Holybelly granola, mugs, puzzles and merch — nice souvenirs if you loved your breakfast.

Prices, Booking & The Queue+

Expect modern Paris brunch pricing: pancakes and Eggs & Sides often landing around the mid-teens, with plates of the day and larger dishes typically in the low-to-mid twenties depending on ingredients.

No reservations — it’s walk-in only. On weekends and late mornings the line can stretch onto the pavement, but most reviewers say the wait is worth it.

TLC tip: go right at opening (9:00) or after 14:30 for a shorter queue.

Hours & Access+

Holybelly 5 is generally open 7 days a week from about 9:00 to 17:00, with the kitchen serving from 9:00 to 16:00.

Hours can shift slightly or close for holidays / breaks — check their Instagram or website just before you go.

Métro: Jacques Bonsergent (Line 5) is closest; Gare de l’Est and Canal Saint-Martin are also a short walk away.

Great base for a Canal Saint-Martin morning: brunch at Holybelly 5, then a stroll along the water.

Bonne journée / TLC Paris Tip+
