Le Marais, Notre-Dame, Islands & Historic Paris

Temple & Hôtel de Ville — Paris 3rd & 4th Arrondissements

The 3rd and 4th arrondissements bring together Le Marais, Place des Vosges, Notre-Dame, Île Saint-Louis and some of Paris's most atmospheric historic streets. This is a strong area for museums, cafés, galleries, shopping, medieval architecture, island walks and classic Paris discoveries.

TLC Paris note. This area works beautifully as a slow walking route. Start in Le Marais for museums, cafés and shopping, continue towards Place des Vosges, then cross towards Notre-Dame, Île Saint-Louis and the Seine for one of the most atmospheric Paris days.
